Big Red Train Bath Bomb – Black Cherry
All aboard for a big, colourful bath-time adventure.
Our Big Red Train is a substantial bath bomb with the detail to match: a bright red engine, gleaming gold accents, a silver cab window and chunky dark wheels, all carefully painted by hand in our Scottish workshop.
Originally made for our transport-themed Boddle Box earlier this year, this detailed design has returned to the website as a limited winter edition. A special standalone treat for train lovers, a lovely Christmas gift or an extra-special bath on a chilly evening.
Inside, hidden colour pieces bring another surprise as the engine fizzes and foams, releasing bursts of colour into the water. Enjoy watching the colours emerge and swirl; every bath creates its own patterns.
Finished with fruity Black Cherry scent and our skin-kind Boddle formula, it brings together a generous-sized bomb, detailed handpainting and colourful bath-time fun.
You will receive one Big Red Train bath bomb. The Boddle Box and customer photos show the design in its original transport collection; other products, box contents and props pictured are not included. Colours, painted details and bath-art patterns may vary slightly.
A Big Train with Little Details
A generous, chunky engine with plenty to admire before it reaches the water: gold-painted chimney and boiler details, a silver window, a dark cab roof and individually picked-out wheels. Each one is moulded and painted by hand, with time and care going into all those little finishing touches.
First created for our transport-themed Boddle Box earlier in 2026, this design is back as a limited winter edition, available to buy on its own.
Handmade by Boddle Bath
Moulded and hand-painted by Jen or Cheryl-Marie in our workshop in Uddingston, Glasgow, under our current cosmetic safety assessments.
Each bath bomb is individually handmade, so painted details and bath-art patterns may vary slightly.
How to Enjoy the Bath Art
Fill your bath with warm water, turn off the taps and unwrap the bomb. Gently lower it onto the surface with the painted design facing upwards and allow the fizz to begin before letting go.
Leave the water still at first to enjoy the foam and colour trails before swirling it. Every handmade bomb behaves a little differently, so floating and patterns may vary.
Use with adult supervision. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation occurs. Rinse the bath after use.
Storage Best Practice
Keep wrapped in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat and bathroom steam. An airtight box in a cupboard is ideal.
For the best fizz and scent, enjoy within 4–6 months when stored correctly and follow the label guidance. Paper-bag packaging offers less moisture protection than shrink wrap, so keep those bombs airtight and use promptly, ideally within a month.
